news chevron el segundo donates $250,000 to el segundo unified school district

On Friday, May 11, 2018, the Chevron El Segundo Refinery donated $250,000 to the El Segundo Unified School District (ESUSD). The check was presented at the Ed! Gala benefitting the El Segundo Education Foundation (ESEF). Over 900 attendees packed Chevron Park for the annual event that raised a record-breaking amount of money for local schools in El Segundo. The money donated by Chevron will be used to fund STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) programs in grades K-12.
